Hope

I spent a week depressed and self-conscious, thinking it would never end. The more I thought about it, the worse it got. Finally, a solution dawned on me. I made a very slight shift in my meditation technique, shifting my awareness to my breath. Suddenly, I felt better. Are you discouraged about something? Perhaps you have a project that won't seem to work out or a mood that you can't shake or a persistent worry that won't go away. Have hope. The answer is right around the corner.
